France: Bomb explodes in city centre: 13 injured.

(Lyon) At around 1730 in the city centre of Lyon a small bonb which had been placed outside a bakery near an intersection between 2 busy streets detonated injuring 13 people, with 11 needing hospital treatment including an 8 year old girl. Police have released a picture of the man who left the bomb (found to have contained metal shrapnel (Nails and bolts) and are referring this as a terrorist incident.
